Training
You will complete an online learning orientation before you begin your first online class at Globe University. You will be familiar with the features of Blackboard, a course delivery system used to deliver online class content, facilitate communications between students and instructors and make it possible for students to take exams and submit assignments online.
Electronic library
Our extensive online library includes journals, reference works and technical publications. We have an online librarian available to answer questions regarding the use of the materials in these digital collections. There are detailed web-based tutorials for each resource.
Tutorials
Our help desk has prepared a number of tutorials to help students use common software applications, including MS Office, SkillSoft, Excell, PowerPoint and other Windows apps.
Help is just a click away
Our online help desk is open nearly 90 hours each week, including evenings and weekends. Students contact the staff by phone or email for help with almost any problem related to online learning.
