A student with a bachelor’s degree in any area of study can earn a Paralegal Certificate in just nine months of full-time study. Topics include legal theory and methods.

Bachelor of Science in Paralegal (BS)

Many law offices require a bachelor’s degree for the paralegal job candidate, and paralegals with bachelor’s degrees generally are paid more and have more sophisticated responsibilities. Courses for this four-year program can be completed in 36 months of full-time study. Studies include legal knowledge, law office skills,  general education and a paralegal externship.

Associate in Applied Science in Paralegal (AAS)

Students can complete this associate degree in 21 months of full-time study. They are prepared to assume entry-level positions in the legal field. Coursework from the associate program will transfer smoothly to the Globe University bachelor’s in paralegal program.
